Each year, Tarrant Literacy Coalition gives away hundreds of books to students, teachers and volunteers to help them as they study for the High School Equivalency exam, learn English, study for the US Citizenship Exam or build their home library so that they can read with their children and grandchildren.

Adult literacy classes and their amazing impact are only possible because of dedicated individuals like you. We also know that finding appropriate resources can be difficult, especially on a tight schedule and budget.

That is why the Tarrant Literacy Coalition does all it can to provide the best resources, research, and development opportunities to support you and your students.

Network with Other Programs

Tap into the power of strategic networks. Meet and collaborate at an event with other faith-based and community-based programs that possess unique strengths in serving adult learners.

Find Free or Low-Cost Training

Learn more even without a large budget for professional development. Discover new literacy techniques, practices, and skills at a training event or workshop without breaking the bank.

Develop Curriculum and Assessment

Participate in the continual process of curriculum development. Create and assess techniques that support your unique program and respond effectively to a student's needs.

Recruit More Volunteers
