COST: $15 Cost for attendees of this session only
$25 Discounted total price for attendees of BOTH this training
AND Friday’s Pronunciation training
$10 Discount price per session cost for host church & previous attendees of TEX basic workshop (7-10 hours) if you bring your TEX notebook
Payment is to be made February 22, 2014 (day of training) by check made out to Beth Avery OR with exact amount of cash,

RESERVATIONS: Required by Tuesday, February 18
Registration is limited, so training may be closed BEFORE that date.

2. your name as you wish on nametag & certificate
3. your email & phone number
4. your city of residence
5. name of church or organization & city where you teach ESL
6. if teaching ESL, what level of students
7. if previous basic TEX trainee (7-10 hours) AND edition year of notebook manual
Individuals must register for themselves.
Leadership may not reserve spots for their volunteers.
You’ll receive a confirmation email upon receipt of your registration.
You aren’t registered until you receive this confirmation email.
