Whether you are brand new to grant writing, or you want to strengthen your writing skills to improve your funding outcomes, this is an excellent opportunity for you to come and learn from someone with a proven track record of success. In the past 25 years, Kathryn B. Thompson has raised millions of dollars for nonprofit organizations, much of that from successful grant proposals. In this workshop, she will teach you how to find the best prospects for your project and how to create a proposal that will engage the funder as a partner with your organization. You'll even have a chance to actually practice your writing skills during the workshop!
COST: Literacy program staff and volunteers may attend at no charge. Registration fee for an individual from an organization that does not provide adult literacy services is $75.
