Is the Coalition a United Way agency? Does United Way provide all of your funding?

Yes, the Coalition is a United Way agency. We became a United Way community partner in January 2010.

However, United Way does not provide our entire budget. Approximately 30% of our budget is provided by United Way. The remainder of our budget comes from our Corporate Spelling Bee as well as foundations, corporations, and individuals who support the mission of the Coalition.
